Breakfast with Santa Experience is for a group of up to 10 people, with a maximum of 5 adults, and a minimum of two adults. Supervision of children in attendance is at the responsibility of the accompanying adults. By entering the competition the entrant indicates availability to attend on the date listed in the post. The experience date is unable to be changed. Winners will be notified via comment on the original post(s) and will be expected to supply contact details within 3 days. Smith & Caughey’s takes no responsibility for incorrect contact information supplied by the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, at Smith & Caughey’s discretion that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn. Entrant may enter as many times as they like, but may only tag the same person once, each comment is one entry. Entrant must tag a friend, the tagging of a blogger, celebrity or business will be deemed as an invalid entry. It is the winners responisibilty to facilitate travel to and from Smith & Caughey’s Queen Street store. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
