By entering the competition or promotion each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. Entrant must meet the full criteria for a valid entry: entrant must be following the Smith & Caughey's Instagram, liked the Instagram competition post, and tagged a friend in the comments. Entrant must be 18 or over. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Winners will be notified via comment on the Instagram original post and will be expected to supply up to two New Zealand postal addresses which the prizes will be sent to. Smith & Caughey’s takes no responsibility for incorrect postal information supplied by the winner or late/lost/misdirected mail. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, at Smith & Caughey’s discretion that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn. BRAND SUPPORT: Brand and product will be shown/mentioned in Facebook push post, Instagram post and copy, and brand will be tagged in Instagram, where relevant/possible.
GIVEAWAYS: 2 identical products, one for tagger/tag-ee. Gifts will be gift wrapped and sent with Smith & Caughey’s compliments to either 1 or 2 New Zealand addresses.
WINNERS: Winners will be notified by direct message. Winner will be tagged in a comment in the original post, and brand will be tagged again in comment, where relevant/possible.
